The following are other services we provide our customers. Also listed are the fees that may be assessed against your account and the following transaction limitations, if any, apply to your account.

Card Services & Fees

Debit Card	Access your checking account with the convenience of the First State Bank VISA Debit Card. The Debit Card is accepted at most retailers and accesses any Cirrus/PLUS System ATM. Purchases are deducted directly from your checking account and documented on your monthly statement. There is no charge and no annual fee.
Cash Card	Use your First State Bank Cash Card at any of our First State Bank Cirrus/PLUS Cash Machines without incurring a transaction fee. Make transfers, withdrawals, or check your balance. There is no annual fee.
Visa Credit Card	First State Bank, as an agent, offers Visa Credit Cards for individuals and businesses through First Bankcard Center of Omaha, Nebraska. We offer competitive rates and no annual fee on the Platinum, Gold and Executive Edition (business) credit cards. Secured cards are also available. Inactivity Fee	$5.00 per month (Account is inactive for 6 months and the balance is below $100.00)
Undeliverable Mail Fee	$5.00 per month (Mail returned by the Post Office)
